He worked briefly at Medica Superspeciality hospital, Kolkata, ultimately moving internationally to Health City Hospital Cayman Islands. At Health City in the Caribbean Dr Aritra treated children coming from all across the world including children from South America, Caribbean Islands, Africa as well as middle east and Asia (Mongolia). He continued to challenge boundaries initiating many first in Caribbean procedures during his stay in Cayman.
